LeaderTreks is looking for leaders who want to develop a new generation of student leaders. Leadership is learned through experience. Many of us are burdened for students and want desperately to help students understand who God is and what their potential is in Him. The question becomes where do you get the experience to make a difference?

Since 2003 LeaderTreks has been offering a small group of college graduates the opportunity to be developed as leaders through our Summit Leadership Training. The idea is simple; invite elite college grads and pour our lives into them for the purpose of developing a new generation of leaders who will impact youth ministry for years to come. We share everything we know about leadership, ministry, and life.

LeaderTreks is a playground for the teachable. Through our staff you will be mentored, challenged, and evaluated. Through our church partnership you will interface with some of the top youth ministries in the country. Through guest speakers you will be motivated and through the LeaderTreks family you will be loved.
