LeaderTreks has exciting opportunities available to fill the needs of our growing programs and services. LeaderTreks has been in existence since 1994, however, as the demand for leadership development grows, we need to continue to meet that demand with our staffing. Leadership Trainer/Summit Program

You finished College - but do you have all the practical skills you need to be a great ministry leader? We have

developed a job that allows college graduates the opportunity to use LeaderTreks as a laboratory to develop their youth

ministry skills. You will be responsible for leading students on wilderness and missions trips focused on student

leadership development. The job includes intensive training, practical application, evaluation and life-on-life

discipleship. Applicants must be confident, driven and have proven leadership skills. Excellent communication skills are

essential; youth ministry experience is preferred. >Learn More
