Leadership Live is a high energy, one-day leadership training event designed to show students they can be leaders.

Who is this training event for?
Youth group student leadership teams, private Christian school leadership teams.

This weekend of training will focus on three (3) topics:

• Defining Leadership
• Who Leaders Are
• What Leaders Do

Leadership Live focuses on the two sides of leadership – doing and being. Doing and being must be effectively balanced in order for leadership to be truly transformational. Our goal is to teach leadership principles and give students real opportunities to lead.

The LeaderTreks staff will use interactive games, initiatives and small group discussion to reinforce the leadership principles. Your students will examine Bible characters to learn from their leadership styles and will have the opportunity to take an assessment to uncover how God has wired their own unique leadership personality. Students will leave the event energized and focused on leading their peers. This event is a perfect kick-off to your student leadership program.

What will the results be?
Students will:

• Have a foundation in Biblical leadership
• Have confidence to pursue leadership opportunities
• Understand their leadership type (Doer, Thinker, Relater, Mover)
• Have an action plan to lead their youth group

Where does this happen?
Your organization will host the event. This event works great at a local retreat center, campground, or you can even host it at your church.
