What makes the Leadership Library different?
First of all, it’s fast. And it’s inexpensive. Lessons from our Leadership Library are setting the standard for student leadership development in a biblical context. In this series of downloads, we have isolated a different facet of leadership and packaged it as a “micro-lesson,” complete with illustrations and learning activities that communicate truth in a student-friendly way.
Why do students benefit from Leadership Library downloads?
We believe leadership is an experience—it’s how students best learn. Because you are receiving a complete micro-lesson in leadership with each download, much of the material is immediately applicable. So, we teach you how to challenge students to practice the principles right away at home, school or among their peers.

These micro-lessons in leadership are designed for youth pastors and other adults who work with youth in leadership training.
How can I use Leadership Library downloads?
Each lesson easily fits a 60-90 minute timeframe and comes complete with suggestions for longer/shorter activities. The template for the adult leader guide and the accompanying student guide sheets (when necessary) is user-friendly:
- Introduction: introduces the goals of the lesson
- Going Public: an intriguing question to kick off your study that requires students to “go public” about their own personal experience with a certain truth
- Getting Focused: an illustration or quote to probe the topic
- Growing Deeper: scriptural study
- Summary: recap of the lesson

You can visit us online 24/7 at www.leadertreks.com to review our growing list of leadership topics. All you need to do is log in to begin reviewing titles and lessons. When you find one you like, you can download it immediately to your desktop.
How many titles can I check out in the Leadership Library?
As many as we make available to you. Download one, two or ten lessons at a time. It’s up to you.
