This training event is built around four (4) of the LeaderTreks Leadership House assessments and is designed to help students learn about their personal leadership skills.

Who is this training event for?
Students on leadership teams, student preparing for leadership roles, college students on leadership teams and students who want to move from positional leadership to real leadership.

This training will focus on four (4) LeaderTreks leadership House assessments:

Character
Learning Mode
Unique Abilities
Spiritual Gifts

Self-Leadership represents the foundation and bottom floors of the Leadership House, based on an important longstanding mandate for all leaders to “know thyself.” The Self-Leadership assessments will help your students gain a better understanding of how God has wired them and give them insight into their strengths and weakness.

What will be the results?
Students will:

Understand that I have a unique giftedness to lead
Understand that God has made me for a special purpose
Understand what areas of my life need work
Develop confidence in my leadership strengths

Cost $99 per person plus a $250 deposit

What you provide:
Your organization will host the event. This event works great at a local retreat center or you can even host it at your church. Our program is flexible and we will work with you to customize a schedule that meets your needs. Contact us to discuss the possibilities for your group.

Typical Schedule:
Friday Night - Session 1 Character - How can I change me character?
Saturday Morning - Session 2 Learning Mode - What’s the best way for me to learn?
Saturday Afternoon or Evening - Session 3 Discover your spiritual gifts
Sunday Morning - Session 4 Unique Abilities - What am I really good at?
(Each session lasts from 1 - 2 hours)
