Internship Criteria

We are passionate about what we do and we are looking for interns that are passionate, mature, and willing. These values describe the kind of intern we want. We want interns who are passionate about youth ministry and desire to see students lives changed. (passionate) We want interns who are mature and focused. They know who they are and confident in how God has wired them. (mature) We want interns who are willing to learn a new program and get the job done, whatever the cost. (willing)

Essential qualifications for staff:

A Christ centered life
A passion for students and leadership
Have completed at least their Freshman year of college
Youth ministry experience
Willing to learn a new program
Willing to be evaluated and learn through experiences

Preferred qualifications for staff:

Wilderness skills
Construction skills
Foreign language
Missions experience
