The Purpose of an Internship with LeaderTreks

The purpose of our internship program is to provide college students the opportunity to do practical youth ministry while being mentored by experienced youth workers who care about the next generation of ministry leaders.

You’re receiving a good education but you still want to learn some practical Youth Ministry skills. Sure you know the latest thought on Christian Education and theories of development, but you’re dying to get on the field and working with students.

You want to grow but you want to do it in an adventurous environment where someone is willing to take the time to keep you accountable. You want to walk the road with experienced youth ministry vets that care about you.
