Full Time Staff Criteria

We are passionate about what we do and we are looking for staff that are hungry, humble and disciplined. These values describe the kind of staff we want, but also the kind of ministry we want to run. We want staff members who are passionate and willing to get the job done whatever the cost (hungry). We want to work with people who understand all we have and all we are comes first, and foremost, from God (humble). We do not want to spend our time writing policy manuals and creating bureaucracies to manage people. We want people who will put purpose over preference (disciplined).

Essential qualifications for staff:

A Christ centered life
A passion for students and leadership
A college graduate
Youth ministry experience
Excellent communication skills
The ability to teach
General computer skills (Word/Outlook/Excel)

Preferred qualifications for staff:

Wilderness skills
Construction skills
Specific computer/technology skills (Internet/Graphic design/video editing)
Operational/Administrative skills
